For twenty years, I’ve written songs about being deeply, extravagantly loved. I’ve also walked alongside those who long to plunge beneath the surface — of their own hearts, and of the wide, aching beauty of the world — to discover the depth and wealth waiting there, and to find creativeways of becoming more.

of my story
I’ve spent most of my life somewhere between a song and a question.
The songs came first — three records written over the years, born out of a single conviction: that we are loved before we ever get it right. That thread has never left me.

Somewhere along the way the questions deepened. My faith — living and unhurried — became the ground all of it grew from, with the Enneagram, poetry, and philosophy as the map and our own life stories as the curriculum. And alongside my husband Andre, I found a vocation in helping people come home to who they really are, and to the Love that has always held them.
Now I teach, I write, I sing, and I keep good company with people learning to come home to who they really are.
